This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in Information Technology and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. Responsibilities: • Provide Help Desk and Desktop Support for employees, addressing hardware and software issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and other devices. • Install, configure, and update software and operating systems. • Respond to tickets in a timely manner to ensure effective IT Support. • Assist with setting up workstations and maintaining IT inventory. • Collaborate with the IT Support team to identify and resolve recurring issues. Qualifications: • Basic understanding of Information Technology principles and concepts. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in Technical Support or as an IT Technician is a plus but not required.
