Book Travel Essentials: Coordinate all travel components including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours. Ensure Client Satisfaction: Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth experience. Resolve Issues: Handle any client issues that arise with professionalism and care, before, during, or after their travels. Stay Updated: Participate in ongoing training and webinars to stay informed on the latest travel trends, destination updates, and Disney offerings. What We’re Looking For: Excellent Communication: A friendly, clear communicator who loves helping people. Tech-Savvy: Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer (recommended) or smartphone. Bonus Experience: Background in hospitality, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required. Personal travel experience is also a plus!
