Overview: We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives for the largest life insurance agency in the country . Duties:  Build a pipeline of potential customers  Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities  Build and maintain relationships with clients through warm calling and follow-up communication  Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals  Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets Skills:  Strong verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers  Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals  Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques  Experience in inside sales or outbound calling is preferred  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment  Passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive market If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the financial industry, apply now!
