What's in for you: We are in-process of building our core-team, if you find us a good fit and we do too, you will be in for a long ride with ESOPs and grow with us in faster rate as we grow We don't force rules and structure, work as you like and from whereever but we just expect you to own up technology entierly as a tech leader Responsibilities: You will work closely with the founders regarding the scalability of processes and operations within the company. · You will actively support the founders in the operative day-to-day business in technology, product, marketing , team hiring processes. · You will identify business growth potential and drive projects to deliver against these opportunities. · You will launch new products and services and follow up on their performance after launch. · You will continuously question existing structures and processes and find... solutions for them.
