The Position We are currently seeking a Due Diligence Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the due diligence coordination, inspection, and report creation process. Responsibilities • Proofread, revise, edit, and produce due diligence reports within strict deadlines. • Assist in coordinating schedules and onsite inspections of file auditors, unit walkers, and vendor inspections. • Maintain request lists, ensuring revisions are made per provided items, and manage multiple Dropbox accounts. • Keep various internal databases up to date with the latest information. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in progress simultaneously, demonstrating organizational skills and a focus on meeting deadlines. • Employ problem-solving skills when faced with complex situations, ensuring follow-up until tasks are fully completed. • Interact with colleagues, other management companies, and clients in a professional and appropriate manner. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, occasionally outside of standard work hours. Qualifications • Previous experience in multifamily is required. • Assistant Manager or Community Manager experience is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment. • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are a must. • Employment with the company is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
