Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Achieve monthly individual production goals 2. Identity individuals seeking employment 3. Match candidate skills & education to job openings 4. Explain/Sell the features and benefits of the available job opening(s). 5. Submit candidate for review & consideration 6. Submit required reporting information within a timely manner Qualifications: 1. Great communication skills 2. Effective sales skills 3. Ability to become knowledgeable in industry 4. Drive & willingness to succeed 5. Ability to manage own database of eligible & available candidates Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
