As a regional sales office for the North America market, MGTT plays a crucial role in driving sales and market presence for our products. Our manufacturing facility is located in the high-tech industrial area of Long Gang, Shenzhen, China. We operate a 12,000 square meter industrial park that features environmentally friendly surroundings and well-trained workers supported by a health system compliant with global social standards. As a professional manufacturer of high-quality products for Babies and Kids, we offer in-house ODM and OEM services, providing a one-stop solution that includes mold making, plastic injection, silicone injection, SMT, and electronic assembly. Our goal is to help our customers launch their products on time, within budget, and to specifications. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Assistant to support the growth of our Baby & Kids product category. The ideal candidate will assist in executing online sales strategies and promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn. This is a fully remote work position. Key Responsibilities - Support Sales Strategies: Assist in creating and executing online sales plans and promotional campaigns to generate awareness and demand for Baby & Kids focusing on mindfulness home products. - Build Promotional Concepts: Help design and implement promotional concepts that support both offline and online sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. - Manage Partnerships: Assist in maintaining relationships with external partners to ensure effective execution of product development and promotional activities. - Daily Social Media Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. - Email Campaign Management: Serve as the email champion for customer engagement, creating and managing email marketing campaigns that promote products and drive sales. - Sales Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales leads through social media, networking, and market research to expand our customer base and drive growth. - Monitor and Evaluate: Support the monitoring and evaluation of online sales activities aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness. Prepare reports on results and insights. - Market Analysis: Identify competitive landscape and articulate market opportunities to inform strategic decisions. - Trend Awareness: Stay informed about new trends in the Baby & Kids mindfulness category to inform innovative product development and merchandising strategies. - Product Development Participation: Actively participate in the new product development process, collaborating with team members to bring new ideas to life. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field (or relevant experience). - 1-2 years of work experience in sales or business development within the Baby & Kids category. Prefer in the home and mindfulness products category. - Proven ability to generate new sales leads and drive customer acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Basic data analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools. Compensation - Base Salary: Competitive base salary. - Commission Scheme: High commission scheme based on sales performance, providing significant earning potential.
