Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, accurately determining their requirements and needs. , • Utilize available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation. , • Effectively communicate pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers. , • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships. , • Stay informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication. , • Champion continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.
