We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team. don't worry, NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. We will train! Hours: • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm. • Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. In this role, you'll: • Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude. • Provide accurate information about our services and pricing. • Handle customers' questions and complaints with patience and professionalism. • Process orders efficiently and accurately. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Other duties as required. You're a perfect fit if you: • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Follow instructions accurately and efficiently. • Are detail-oriented and organized. • Work well in a fast-paced environment. • Work well in a team as well as individually. • Are dependable and punctual. • Are at least 5 feet 2 inches tall. What we offer: • Start pay: $15.00 / hour. Raises are available based on performance and ability. • Seven paid holidays each year. • One-week paid vacation each year. • Free cleaning on certain items and discounted cleaning on other items. • Sundays off, and no night hours. • Safe and friendly work environment.
