Enrolment & Eligibility, Benefit Administration, Vendor Integrations, Claims Administration, Contribution Accounting, Clinical, Billing & Payment, Member, Provider and Employer facing portal/service. About this Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data driven insights to support business decisions. This role requires knowledge of healthcare data ((Eligibility, Claims processing & Reimbursements, Benefits Configuration etc.), strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support decision-making processes. Create visualizations and summaries of data insights for easy interpretation by management and stakeholders. Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions accordingly. Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validation checks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Collecting, analyzing, and presenting health care data.
