This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while building your career in customer service and claims support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers, providing clear, professional communication and problem resolution
  • Educate and guide customers on required documentation, timeframes, and claim status updates
  • Accurately input claim data into internal systems
  • Assign new claims to the appropriate team member
  • Ensure customer calls are routed to the correct department
  • Contribute to a positive, quality-driven service culture

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of disability plan eligibility and claims processing is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC use
  • Organized, team-oriented, and able to meet performance goals
