Part time Middle School Orchestra Teacher

As a part time Middle School Orchestra Teacher, you will work as part of a team that serves nearly 8,000 students at 18 campuses across Helena.This position serves a 187 day contract. Starting base salary range is prorated base on $42,872 - $67,750 based on education and experience in addition to a competitive benefit plan including but not limited to sick and personal leave, health benefit plan with options for dental and vision coverage, life insurance, a section 125 plan, numerous tax sheltered annuity options and tuition reimbursement. • Teach district approved curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional material.
• Provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil.

Who we are looking for: To become part of this dedicated team, you must have a Montana teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement. The ideal candidate will possess an Elementry (00) endorsement areas, and at least a year of successful teaching experience in music at the middle school level.While performing the duties of this job, the employee will need meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.
