Cold Storage Project Manager- Remote

If you are a Project Manager with Cold Storage experience, read on!Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects in the cold storage, design, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are executed effectively.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and expectations are set.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the cold storage, design, or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
