Customer Service Specialist - Remote ($18.50 per hour plus Bonus)

- As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We'll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

- $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost: Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available, must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify
- Earn a $310 Bonus Just for Participating in getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert
- Certification takes place over 3 days

- You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate
- This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.
- Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
