Virtual Project Assistant - Remote | Work From HomePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Virtual Project Assistant to join our nonprofit organization, which is committed to empowering parents and families facing mental health challenges. This remote role requires an organized individual with a proactive attitude who can effectively support our operational needs and contribute to meaningful initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role, you will:
- Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive program data, reports, and trackers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with the development of grant submissions and programmatic reports.
- Conduct thorough research on policy, demographics, and historical data to elevate project outcomes.
- Organize and oversee key project trackers, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met with precision.
- Ensure that all external written communications adhere to quality standards and convey consistent messaging.
- Manage requests and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Provide administrative support for logistical arrangements for events, both virtually and in-person when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director and team to fulfill our organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and clarity.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- An adaptable mindset, capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to productivity.
- Lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a child facing mental health or behavioral health challenges is essential.
- Residing in Pennsylvania is a requirement.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, including volunteer roles within relevant contexts.
- Competitive hourly wages ranging from (15 to )18.
- A family-friendly schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
