Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Remote - India

We're looking for an accomplished Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and help drive the reliability, scalability, and security of our mission-critical services. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure, while mentoring and guiding colleagues across diverse technology domains. Reporting directly to the SRE Manager, you'll also be part of our 24×7 support structure ensuring maximum uptime and performance. What You'll Do

  1. Oversee the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of key production services across various technical disciplines—from initial design to final implementation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain resilient infrastructure.
  3. Provide expert mentorship and guidance on best practices to engineers throughout the organization.
  4. Contribute to our 24×7 on-call rotation, ensuring uninterrupted availability of critical services.
  5. Drive standardization and documentation efforts to promote efficiency, consistency, and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 5–10 years' experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles.
  2. Extensive Kubernetes expertise at scale, with strong containerization knowledge.
  3. Hands-on proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  4. Strong coding skills in an OOP language plus the ability to develop effective scripting solutions.
  5. Deep security knowledge and best practices across all aspects of infrastructure and services.
  6. Expert-level cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP.
  7. Advanced monitoring and alerting skills using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
  8. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
  9. Software delivery automation (CI/CD, SDLC) and familiarity with static/dynamic application security testing.
  10. Comprehensive knowledge of SRE principles (SLI, SLO, SLA, Toil, Uptime, Observability).
