Data Entry Assistant (Part-Time)
We are looking for a Positive & Proactive Data Entry Assistant who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Extract ships' movement updates from emails and enter data into operations system
- Check accuracy of vendors' SOA against system's record
- Assist to generate monthly disbursement summary report from system Assist to prepare report and invoice to send to customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience, including in admin, data entry roles
- Able to work 2 hours any time on Saturdays and Sundays
- Training provided. Can transit to work remotely after becoming proficient
- Proactive Fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude
- Dedicated, detail-oriented and efficient
- Adaptable and Able to work with minimal supervision
- Patient listener with excellent communication skills A flair in using new software will be added advantage
