Your Role We’re on the lookout for talented, tech-savvy women in Software Engineering who are ready to make an impact in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. Whether your expertise lies in front-end, back-end, data engineering, or API technical writing, we have exciting opportunities for you. • Work closely with the CTO from day one, taking full ownership of projects from idea to implementation.

• Collaborate across teams, gaining unique insights into how RoomPriceGenie is revolutionizing the hospitality industry.

• Contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, agile environment, helping us change the game for thousands of independent hotels.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English – we need clear communication across global teams.

• Based in the European Time Zone (UTC+0 to UTC+2) to align with our team.

• Professional experience in one or more of the following:

  • Frontend Development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript) – create sleek, intuitive customer-facing interfaces.

  • Backend Development (Python, Django) – build the robust infrastructure powering thousands of hotels.

  • Product Development & Design – drive customer-centric innovation.

Bonus Points For

• Based in Mannheim, Germany – great for local collaboration!

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Snowflake, Elasticsearch

  • AWS ECS/Fargate, RabbitMQ

  • DataDog, SonarQube

  • React.js, TypeScript

• Knowledge of Design Thinking or other human-centric product development methodologies.

• Experience with prototyping & testing innovative services.
