We’re looking for a meticulous Proofreader to join our growing content and editorial team. In this role, you’ll be the final set of eyes ensuring that all written materials are accurate, polished, and professional before they reach our audience. No previous experience required, all training is provided and paid.

What you'll Do

• Review documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
• Ensure clarity, tone, and formatting are aligned with brand standards.
• Cross-reference facts and sources when needed.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and content creators.
• Maintain and update style guides and proofreading checklists.
• Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround times.

What you'll Need

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with common style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.).
• Proficiency with Google Docs, MS Word, and basic editing tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently.
