Remote Office Clerk

PEG is working with a large, privately owned, global company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, seeking an Office Assistant to join their team for a short-term contract (90 days+). This is a fully REMOTE role. The hours are Monday-Friday, approx 8 am-5 pm or 7a-4p CST. Need more? What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound calls to the client's risk management division, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Assist clients with car repair needs, offering guidance and solutions to ensure a smooth process.
- Direct clients to the appropriate party, ensuring efficient handling of open claims.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Enter information into the database, assuring accurate documentation of all conversations.
- 1+ year of administrative as well as customer support experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Outlook
- Have your own computer, webcam, 4 GB RAM and 3MB Download Speed
- Professional communication and a comfortability with being on the phone the majority of your day
