Business Operations Manager

- Design and improve workflows across teams to boost productivity and impact
- Collaborate across partnerships, marketing, and social impact teams on tech rollouts and integrations
- Use data, process mapping, and automation to streamline operations
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track organizational performance
- Train teams on updates, enhancements, and new system deployments
- Lead the development lifecycle of digital platforms (like GetInsulin.org) and internal tools
- Align with stakeholders to prioritize projects and shape roadmaps
- Coordinate with vendors and developers on product builds, launches, and improvements
- Monitor performance metrics and implement changes based on user needs
- Champion a user-first mindset in every product decision
- Partner closely with the VP of Ops to execute top-priority projects
- Build structures and systems that help teams move faster, smarter, and with purpose
- Foster an agile, adaptable, and high-performing organizational culture
- Have 4+ years of experience in business operations, systems, or project management
- Know your way around CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce), Asana, or data tools like Looker
- Have experience with no-code/low-code tools and API integrations
- Are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail
- Enjoy improving systems and streamlining processes
- Think strategically, act tactically, and adapt easily to change
- Have strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Are driven by purpose and care about supporting the diabetes community (personal connection a plus!)
