As the Service Appointment Coordinator, you will be the direct link between our customers and their current and future visits. You will assist our customers with questions, schedule appointments, and follow up with post-service contacts. ResponsibilitiesSchedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointmentActively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they requestRespond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiriesAdvise maintenance recommendationsConfirm scheduled and missed appointmentsRequirementsStrong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)Strong customer service backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPunctual, reliable, and eager to improveClean driving record and valid driver’s licenseOur company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
