- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Conduct initial assessments to determine appropriate treatment pathways
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth admissions
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Participate in outreach events to promote our services
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
