The job setting will be a remote /work from home.The ideal candidate has the ability to switch tasks throughout the day and meet all deadlines, be responsive to escalation concerns, manage time and competing priorities, research and resolve customer needs using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, is self-driven, goal oriented and has a strong desire for finding solutions to problems.Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clientsProvide professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and emailAnswer customer inquiries, research issues and provide effective resolutions to client issues and concernsDocument issues, action steps and outcome of customer inquiryDocument and process change requests promptly and efficientlyComplete supply/product order requestsMake outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and servicesEducation, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:High School Diploma required, prefer an associate’s degree or additional education2+ years customer service experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening skillsProven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer serviceAbility to present professional image via phone; superb phone etiquette skillsExcellent research and problem resolution skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite programsApplication Window: 5/30/2025Pay Range: $18 - 24/hrAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
