Job title: VXRT Resource/ Pittsburgh,PA ( Onsite for 2 weeks ) Remote ,3 months contract in Pittsburgh, PA at Suncap Technology Company: Suncap Technology Job description: Please note that the resource may be required to travel initially for access and to understand environment, the location is Pittsburgh PA and the onsite requirement would be 2 weeks, then the resource will work remotely.Must have skills = VXRT/OpenManage Project Tasks Customer is having resource constraints and needs a backfill to support their VRTX infrastructure Perform firmware / bios updates on all of the VRTX components, Work with Dell Support for initial troubleshooting of VRTX problems. (the standard "remote diagnosis that support requires at the start of a trouble ticket) Day to day operational activities/tasks General troubleshooting/optimization Resident needs to be confident and proactive in providing best practice recommendations to the customer Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction.Additional onboarding/background check requirements: Standard ID and papers to show proof of identity/address/ability to work in the US/ takes approximately 48 hours Expected salary: Location: Pittsburgh, PA Apply for the job now!
