We are at the forefront of innovation in our space, and our success is driven by a dynamic team passionate about delivering exceptional services to our customers.JOB SUMMARY:Our dynamic Ethos IT Team is growing and seeking a full-time IT Technical Project Lead - Integrated Solutions & Customer Delivery (REMOTE) to drive the delivery of complex, cross-functional technical projects. This position will oversee the design, development, and integration of advanced solutions using Amazon Bedrock, MuleSoft, and custom .NET utilities, all tailored for the insurance investigations space. This role is a blend of leadership with our 3rd party contractors and in-house team, and individual contribution of delivering full spectrum solutions.Our ideal candidate is a strategic and proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, aligning complex technical solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.   • Lead project delivery: Manage all phases from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
  • Architect solutions: Design advanced investigation workflows using Amazon Bedrock and GenAI tools.
  • Integrate systems with MuleSoft: Build and manage third-party integrations using MuleSoft to connect internal and client systems.
  • Develop data migration tools: Create custom C# utilities for efficient and secure data transfer between systems.
  • Document technical schematics: Interpret and maintain system documentation to support integrations and future scalability.
  • Mentor project teams: Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to drive team success and project milestones.
  • Manage risks and timelines: Oversee project risks, schedules, and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Ensure compliance and security: Deliver solutions that meet cloud security, data protection, and insurance industry compliance standards.
  • Promote innovation: Encourage continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and the use of emerging technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may be a substitute for formal education.Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, solution architecture, or software engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in delivering cloud-based solutions in AWS environments, with a deep understanding of Amazon Q for Business, Amazon Bedrock, and GenAI tools.
  • Expertise in API development and integration using ASP.NET and MuleSoft.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, with experience in data migration between heterogeneous systems.
  • Solid experience with MS SQL Server and Windows infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and data protection best practices in regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical conversations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies, ADO, and Git.
Certifications:
  • AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect, are a strong plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS:This role is 100% remote and requests working hours between 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
