Pay Details:· Total compensation for this position is targeted at $15.50 - $16.00 per hour. The target total compensation consists of a base hourly wage plus performance-based incentive pay. Incentive Pay is driven by productivity, turn-around time and quality, and is not sales-based.EXL is looking for motivated and self-directed individuals who strive for excellence to work as a High Value Reviewer. Reviewers are expected to maintain high levels of quality, time service, and productivity. Once a review is completed the High Value Reviewer ensures that the report is sent to the client.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed
