Your journey starts now-innovate and excel with ManTech!ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mobility Field Technician to join our team in Altadena, California.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with day-to-day enrollment/provisioning/monitoring of devices; Assists with configuration and roll-out of devices for agencyFull life-cycle Managed Mobility Services including procurement, staging, and kitting; Manage and maintain inventory of mobility devices preparing for surge in demandAbility to understand and operate within Service NowRespond to and diagnose technical issues through interaction with client's face to face and remotelyWork with and engage with vendors to open service desk tickets, deal with technical issues, with Samsung, Verizon, Apple, etc - activate SIM cardsMonitor and track incidents in current ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and act within the expected response timeUpdate all assigned tickets capturing troubleshooting activities and resolution; Resolve escalations from the IT Service Desk and handle client support requests as well as take ownership of product issues and ensuring closure is achieved.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics or a related discipline.At least three years of professional experience in a Computer Hardware environment can be substituted for a degreeExtensive knowledge of Mobile Computing and Telephony, including but not limited to, Device Management and Deployment and understanding application and operating systems (Window, iOS, and Android platforms)Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with IT Service Management SoftwarePreferred Qualifications:Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)ServiceNow Incident Management experienceSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust prior to starting this positionPhysical Requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the timeConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsThe projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00-$87,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
