A pioneer of the geo-location space, Foursquare's location tech stack is being utilized by the world's largest enterprises and most recognizable brands.About the Position Foursquare is looking for an IT Associate to join our team, located in San Francisco.We're looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn IT Associate to join the IT Operations team in! This is an entry-level role, but we want someone ready to take ownership of IT support tasks and level up their skills quickly. You'll be the go-to person for conference room and A/V support, MacOS troubleshooting, and general IT requests.In this role, you'll:

• Conference Room & A/V Support:

• Google Meet (Calendars, Meet Hardware support, general A/V troubleshooting)
• Zoom (Meeting setup, troubleshooting, and support for users)
• MacOS Support:

• MDM experience preferred (or willing to learn)
• Wiping and reinstalling macOS, basic troubleshooting for end users
• Google Workspace Administration:

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
• GAM command line experience (or willingness to learn)
• Jira/Confluence (Nice to Have):

• Helping manage tickets, documentation in Confluence
• Learning and supporting IT workflows in Jira
• Ticket SLAs & VIP Support:

• Understanding prioritization, especially when working with executives and VIPs
• Fast, accurate, and customer-friendly IT resolutions
• Documentation:

• Creating and maintaining IT documentation, especially in Confluence

What you'll need:

• Some hands-on experience with IT support with independence
• Experience with troubleshooting Google Meet, Zoom, and A/V equipment

• MacOS troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn more
• Strong customer service mindset - quick response times with attention to accuracy
• Motivated to learn - especially when it comes to Jira/Confluence and Google Workspace tools
• Hybrid Schedule - Standard in-office days are Tuesday-Thursday; occasional Monday/Friday support may be needed for events or business needs. In rare cases, critical events may require on-site support outside the standard schedule.

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards.
