Job title: Manager Regulatory Affairs *Remote in Beaverton, OR at Providence Health & Services Company: Providence Health & Services Job description: Job Category: Government AffairsJob Description:Manager Regulatory Affairs RemoteThis position is responsible for managing and developing a team tasked with performing timely tracking of new laws, regulations and sub regulatory guidance applicable to PHP's commercial and ASO lines of business at the state and federal level, interpreting and disseminating of applicable new laws, regulations, and guidance. Responsible for ensuring the team conducts regulatory consulting and training for the business to ensure successful business implementation of and adherence to such laws, regulations and guidance. Oversees all required state and federal filings for which team is responsible. Oversees Qualified Health Plan compliance and regulatory functions. Works closely with the Director, Commercial Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure successful management and development of commercial and ASO regulatory affairs functions.Providence Health Plan caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or other related field And
• 3 years experience in regulatory affairs, risk management, litigation support, health care or health insurance or government relations

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• J.D.
• 2 years Management experience in compliance or similar risk management functions
• 2 years health insurance
