Job description: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Call Center Support Specialist with our client in the financial Industry and is located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Candidates will work onsite 5 days per week.Compensation: $27.50 - 28.75 per hour, depending in experience and skill level.Shifts: Either 9am – 6pm or 11am – 8pmResponsibilities:
- Provide frontline support within a call center environment including answering calls and responding to emails
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving basic technical issues across multiple platforms
- Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills within defined parameters
- Manage a strict schedule to ensure maximum phone coverage and SLA adherence
- Support users with general technology issues and escalate when appropriate
- Document issues and resolutions clearly and professionally
- Adapt to evolving processes and demonstrate flexibility in a support-driven environment
- 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning – OR equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, military service, or education
- Experience in a call center or help desk support role
- Basic technical troubleshooting experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
