Certified Nursing Assistant- Home Health Care Private Duty Casual Flex Rotating Shifts Location Lemont, Illinois Business Unit Palos Hospital Job REQID 166924 Job Function Patient Support Shift Rotating Type of Employment Casual / Per DiemThe salary range for this position is $22.15 - $22.15 (Hourly Rate).Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois.
• High School education.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Must have proof of car insurance.

Preferred:

• Prior Home Health, Private Duty, and/or Hospice experience preferred.
• Completion of one (1) year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a JCAHO accredited hospital on an Adult/Med-Surg Unit or it's equivalent, in an accredited Skilled Nursing facility preferred.
