Job title: Vistex Partnership Specialist in USA at Vistex Company: Vistex Job description: Description :The Vistex Partnership Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Vistex’s partnership with SAP by communicating product plans (roadmap features, new products, and release schedules), coordinating release planning activities (SAP premium qualification processes, product marketing collateral, and product information sessions), and facilitating communication with internal (Vistex development, marketing, sales) and external (SAP, industry analysts such as Gartner, and customers—in a supporting role) stakeholders.The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to ambiguity, and the ability to navigate complex political and diplomatic issues between SAP and Vistex where product and marketing strategies might not always align.This position is highly collaborative, requiring strong relationship management skills and the ability to synthesize and communicate technical and business requirements across teams. Success in this role depends not only on what you know, but also on who you know and how effectively you can leverage those relationships. Reports to the Executive Director of Strategic Product Partnerships.Key Responsibilities:SAP Partnership & Product Coordination:

• Communicate product plans for Vistex solutions available for SAP reselling.
• Coordinate Premium Qualification (PQ) testing for each release of SAP-branded Vistex solutions, including scheduling, criteria documentation, and defining testing scope.
• Address questions and concerns within PQ cycles in collaboration with the release project manager.
• Ensure follow-through on SAP product requirements with the Vistex development team, including PQ remediation, metric measurement, and adherence to SAP product standards.
• Monitor and manage SAP-related inquiries, including product release availability, SAP version compatibility, and sales positioning.

Product Marketing & Communications:

• Support product marketing efforts by updating solution briefs, capturing screenshots for collateral, and researching customer success stories.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product positioning strategies to align with SAP’s ecosystem.
• Serve as a point of contact for SAP stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolution of escalations.

The compensation for this position varies by location. In the USA (Remote), the base salary range is $70000 - $80,000 USD. For candidates in Europe, compensation will be determined based on local market standards, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include incentive opportunities such as a discretionary annual bonus.
