- Assist clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, weather, local attractions, and cultural highlights
- Customize travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and special requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and changes to bookings with professionalism and efficiency
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest travel deals, industry trends, and travel regulations
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Provide clients with travel documents, such as itineraries, tickets, and travel insurance details
- Keep accurate records of bookings and client preferences to provide personalized service
- Assist with group travel planning and corporate travel arrangements as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in travel consulting or a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and travel logistics
