This individual will be responsible for day-to-day contract administration and leading contract negotiation, ensuring that all obligations are met as well as providing support for future proposals. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, able to effectively coordinate with Lockheed Martin program, technical, and business management teams. In addition, the successful candidate will evaluate contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.   • Experience in Contracts or a related function
  • Experience in drafting, interpreting, and reviewing terms and conditions
  • Experience in leading a negotiation team
  • FAR/DFARS knowledge
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience and ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position

  • Excellent communication/interpersonal and customer skills, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with functional and program counterparts
  • Experience in drafting, interpreting, and reviewing terms and conditions which minimize risk and maximize return on sales
