This is a hybrid (1x/wk in office or less) role available to those who reside within a 60 mile radius and those willing to relocate immediately upon hire.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop SailPoint integrations, both custom and out of the box, to onboard applications, using Java, Python, Beanshell, etc.
- Utilize strong hands-on development skills to take charge of critical systems related to optimizing and securing the company's IAM solutions.
- Designing and implement IAM solutions: SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, integrations with various Identity Providers (IdPs), and IAM security protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
- Participate in strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and assess and implement new technologies.
- Create and maintain operational documentation with collaboration tools like Confluence Wiki for systems configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
- May oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployments, ensuring systems are secure and compliant with frameworks like NIST and CIS.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead technical teams, and clearly communicate IAM strategies across the organization.
- 10+ years in IT with hands-on development experience with core Java and other programming / scripting languages, with recent experience working with SailPoint and other IAM technologies.
- Proven HANDS ON development expertise in application (SaaS, Cloud, on-prem, etc.) onboarding / configuration, both custom and out of the box, with SailPoint utilizing Java, Python, etc.
- Ability to develop integrations with IdPs using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Proficient with creating custom connectors.
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms like SSO, MFA, PAM, across on-prem, distributed, and SaaS environments.
- Experienced with SaaS solutions and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred.
- Prior work in a Lead role, mentoring more junior developers.
- Excellent customer facing skills, able to communicate with others at all levels in the organization.
- SailPoint certifications are a plus.
- Must reside within 70 miles of Reston, VA (highly preferred) or motivated to relo to the area PRIOR to joining (with company assistance). Neither remote nor delayed relocation are an option.
