- Submit off-market properties to you investor network.
- Work with our team to position, price, and present deals for quick turnaround.
- Plug into our platform and gain exposure to active ready to sell inventory across the country.
- Leverage our tools and process to streamline communication and speed up closings.
- Get paid fast—often within 24–48 hours of a deal closing.
- 1+ years of experience wholesaling or acquiring off-market real estate deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills—you know how to close.
- A portfolio or pipeline of properties you’re actively sourcing or holding under contract.
- Familiarity with the investment space and basic deal analysis.
- A proactive, no-excuses mindset and a desire to win.
- Experience working independently or remotely with minimal oversight.
