Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst to support the rollout of a safety-critical enterprise platform across 30+ manufacturing sites. This system will standardize lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures using a digital solution to ensure operational safety and compliance.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders across a variety of production environments. You'll work closely with the project management team to gather data, support procedural documentation, and ensure smooth coordination with site-based teams.In this role, you will:
- Partner with site contacts to collect existing lockout/tagout procedures across 30+ mills and validate completeness.
- Analyze and organize procedure data, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and flag sites with more complex requirements.
- Assist in tracking the number of procedures per site and support proper upload to internal documentation systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables, especially during site readiness and implementation phases.
- Work closely with Project Coordinators and the Change Management Lead to ensure aligned communication and action items.
- Support internal and external reporting needs, maintaining visibility into data collection milestones and site onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between the core project team and mill-level representatives to facilitate pre-implementation prep work.
- Ensure productive engagement by addressing questions, resolving blockers, and escalating issues to the appropriate lead as needed.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procedures, status tracking, and site-specific considerations.
- Contribute to report-outs and dashboards tracking implementation readiness and adoption status.
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong data collection, analysis, and tracking skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through capabilities.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across varied work environments and technical levels.
- Experience using SharePoint, Excel, or Smartsheet for data entry and tracking.
- Familiarity with enterprise platform rollouts or safety/compliance projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with diverse site-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing structured datasets, documentation workflows, or cross-functional communication plans.
