Job Description:
- Resolve customer issues with products or services via inbound/outbound calls and e-mail
- Assist with online portal access including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting
- Schedule appointments
- Provide customer education on products and services
- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
- Respond to all customer inquiries within a timely manner
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Evaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolution
- Utilize internal resources as needed to resolve complex issues
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolve
- Maintain productivity and performance standards
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior Call Center experience
