- 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred, but other customer-facing roles considered)
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with healthcare providers
- Excellent attention to detail for verifying prescription and patient information
- Experience handling high-volume calls in a customer service or call center setting
- Familiarity with medical or pharmacy terminology
- Basic proficiency with database entry and electronic records systems
