Job title: Pipe Machine Operator in Burkburnett, TX at NOV Company: NOV Job description: Job Category: Manufacturing SupportJob Description:This entry-level position is located in Burkburnett, TX, and is part of the Reciprocal Pipe Department's team of operators keeping our machines running smoothly.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates winding machine
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Utilize safe work habits
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Perform Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work current department schedule operating on eight (8) hour shifts, Monday through Friday,
• ​​High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• ​Three years of verifiable work experience preferred
• ​Forklift license​ preferred
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
• Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations
• ​​Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes
• Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movements up to 12 hours daily.
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• ​Travel less than 10%​
