- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Maintain and update status of cases, claims, and opportunities
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Salesforce or other customer management programs preferred.
- Previous experience with a legacy/batch processing system preferred.
- Property & Casualty License required (Must be able to obtain)
