Concept Artist Job at MrBeast in Greenville

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Concept Artist that is familiar with the YouTube space that can help us turn video ideas into thumbnail concepts. As a Concept Artist, you will be responsible for developing thumbnail concepts for a variety of video ideas provided to you. Most importantly, we need someone who is a team player and always strives to improve.Responsibilities:Creates high-quality YouTube thumbnail concepts in the form of sketches. This includes sketching people, environments, and compositing them to align with YouTube thumbnail trends.Explores a wide variety of ideas and pushes the boundaries of visual design.Creates illustrations and presents ideas to inspire the team.Collaborates with the design team on creating concepts for a wide range of video ideas.Works under tight deadlines and submits tasks on time.What makes you a fit:Demonstrates strong expertise in anatomy, shape design, structure, perspective, drawing, composition, and color theory.Proficiency in Photoshop and ability to learn new tools as needed.An outstanding portfolio that showcases your artistic ability and imagination.An excellent understanding of YouTube thumbnails, trends, and how they work.Strong communication skills, with a thoughtful collaboration style.Excellent work ethic and self-motivated.Strong background in traditional art skills.A place to call home:We are based in Greenville, North Carolina, widely recognized as the cultural, educational, economic, and medical hub of Eastern North Carolina.
