UI/UX Designer
The Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong fintech background and a passion for designing intuitive, data-driven user interfaces for modern web and mobile applications. This role goes beyond visual design – you will be instrumental in rethinking how users interact with AI-powered agents and shaping the next-generation user experience in lending technology.
What You’ll Do- Redesign Saaf’s core product UI/UX with AI-driven workflows in mind, making complex processes simple and intuitive.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to translate business and user requirements into elegant, functional interfaces.
- Develop systematic design frameworks that scale across web and mobile platforms.
- Create clear information hierarchies for data-rich dashboards, forms, and workflow tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, especially around AI-human interaction paradigms, and introduce best practices to the team.
- Deliver pixel-perfect design assets, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record in fintech or adjacent industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications with data-driven UIs (dashboards, complex forms, workflow management tools).
- Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to think systemically and create scalable design frameworks.
- Understanding of how AI agents will impact UX design patterns (a plus if you’ve worked on AI-powered products).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
