Catalina Bravo Farmers Insurance Agency in Los Angeles, CA is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative to join our fast growing Agency! Our insurance agency is located in Los Angeles California, and we provide Business, Commercial Building, Workers Compensation, Home, Auto, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
- Sales insurance policies
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
- Handle complaints, helps with onboarding new clients, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
Requirements
- A client-facing background is a plus
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
