Remote Receptionist & Dispatcher
Now Hiring: Full-Time Remote Receptionist/Dispatcher Company: Airstream Services Location: Murfreesboro, TN (initial training on-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (non-negotiable) Are you a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? Airstream Services is looking for a Remote Receptionist/Dispatcher to join our growing team. What We’re Looking For:
- Must be available to begin training within the next week.
- Must reside in the Middle Tennessee area. The first 1–2 weeks of training will take place in-office at our Murfreesboro location.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet and a computer or laptop is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong phone etiquette.
- Fast typing skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs and tools.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Dispatch experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time and complete tasks independently.
- Friendly, trustworthy, and able to work well both independently and with a team.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to be on call for evenings and weekends one week every five weeks (remote via dispatch app). Bonus paid for on-call weeks, regardless of call volume.
