This position will be responsible for ensuring that buyers have a smooth, transparent, and positive journey from initial interest to post closing. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Interact with customers on the phone through the home buying process.
  • Identify training content based on customer reviews (trends in what the customer is saying)
  • Training and mentoring peers to maintain customer experience
  • Follow-up to customers with negative reviews to make sure we have completed their request
  • Perform trend analysis on Avid/NPS buyers experience survey
  • Minimal travel to Kentucky and Ohio markets
  • Any other duties as assigned
