Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer chats and inquiries
- Provide solutions and technical support to customer issues
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
