Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end healthcare billing operations
- Develop and implement process improvements that drive productivity and cost savings
- Set and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks to maintain high performance
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute long-term strategic goals
- Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and accountability
- Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee offshore teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence
- Champion customer satisfaction and client retention through streamlined processes
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the revenue cycle
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer regulations, and industry best practices
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing automation and technology solutions
- Standardize and document best practices to scale operations effectively

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare billing (COO, VP, or similar) required
