The Human Interface Design Team is seeking a seasoned recruiter who brings a deep sense of hospitality to the hiring experience. We are a close-knit team from diverse backgrounds who treat talent research as a creative, collaborative, and human-centered practice-an extension of the design process. This role is based in Cupertino and requires a high degree of attention to detail and care in every interaction Description In this role, you'll create a white-glove candidate experience while acting as a strategic partner to our design team. Responsibilities include: Conducting thoughtful research and sourcing for design and technical talent Leading screening conversations and in-person interviews with warmth and precision Managing the full candidate journey-from first outreach through offer negotiations-with care and discretion Hosting candidates and guests with a hospitality mindset: planning interview days, attending dinners and offsites Maintaining and expanding a global network of creative professionals and design leaders, with a strong focus on building inclusive and diverse pipelines Representing the team externally through industry events, portfolio reviews, and tailored outreach Creating and presenting keynotes, leading design-led review conversations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ Years proven ability to source and hire top design candidates

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $201,100 and $302,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
